New Shipping Guidelines:
Please allow 1-2 days processing time once your order has been confirmed. Orders placed Monday to Friday(excluding holidays) before 2pm EST will be begin processing same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day.
You will receive email confirmation directly from us providing tracking information once item has been shipped.
Where Is My Tracking Information?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. You should be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Unfortunately, jewelry, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie cannot be returned. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.
